Thursday (11/05/09) begins our British theme. We will begin this theme by watching Snatch. This movie is absolutely brilliant. You won't want to miss it.

Warning: This movie is highly obscene. Since we're an art club, we can view this film with an "artistic perspective", but I have to warn you to be able to show this film.

Come by the art building, room 112 at 9:15 to witness this fantastic film. We'll have popcorn and coke.

COAST Creative Studios- Job (& possible internship) openings!

COAST is seeking two students for positions in the newly created COAST Creative Studios. These positions come with real industry experience, great leadership/résumé builders, and may be coupled as a full internship if you meet criteria.

COAST Creative Studios Mission Statement:
COAST Creative Studios is the fundraising branch of COAST responsible for pursuing, organizing and completing non-profit design projects. It is committed to creating opportunities for JBU art students through a professional design firm environment.

Art Director:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to organize and lead COAST Creative Studios. Preferably a Junior or senior able to manage multiple team projects. Those interested must submit a resume and a portfolio of best work consisting of a minimum of 10 pieces.

Director of Imagery:
We are seeking someone to assist the Art Director of COAST Creative Studios in organizing imagery and digital media. Must have a good eye for design and the ability to assist in multiple projects. Those interested must submit a resume and a portfolio of best work consisting of a minimum of 10 pieces.
